Ingredients

    2.5 lbs Ground Turkey, extra lean
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    1.5 Tbsp olive oil
    1 large egg
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    3 cloves garlic, diced finely
    1/4 c. onion diced finely
    1 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Tips

These won't fall apart during the cooking process, and cook up moist and flavorful. You can easily vary the flavors by adding different spice combinations like red pepper flakes to spice things up, or fresh parsley for a more herby flavor. Great served with a side of grilled asparagus or other veggies.


Directions

Put the ground turkey in a large mixing bowl. Dice the garlic and onion finely and add to the meat along with the olive oil, egg, salt and pepper. Add half the bread crumbs and knead mixture together with your hands until everything is well incorporated. Add the remaining breadcrumbs and repeat.

Form into patties and cook on the grill for 6 minutes a side, or until juices run clear.

Serving Size: Makes 10 4 oz. patties.
