Introduction

Ingredients

    I head cabbage
    4 lean pork chops, diced
    4 med red potatoes, diced
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
    3 med celery stalks, diced
    1 cup baby carrots, diced
    2 cans Cut diced petite tomatoes
    1/4 green pepper, diced
    1/4 cup onion, diced

    In 6 quart pan, Boil pork chops until cooked and tender, then add veggies. Add water, and simmer over 2 hours

    Makes 10 heaping servings!

Tips

Cook pork first, then add veggies and water, simmer on medium heat until veggies are tender.
