Ingredients

    1 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
    2 hard boiled egg whites (chopped)
    1 tbsp light mayo
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1/2 tbsp curry powder
    1 tbsp yellow raisins
    salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate
Serve over spinach greens drizzled with olive oil
