Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 packet Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
16 oz can Rasarita Black Bean Refried Beans
1/4 cup salsa or taco sauce
3/4 cup low fat cheddar or mexican cheese
2 cups Fritos (lightly salted variety)
Directions
Set oven to 375F.
Brown ground beef, drain. Add bell pepper, onion, and taco seasoning at medium heat. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
In medium bowl mix refried beans and salsa together.
Spoon half of beef mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 glass baking dish. Spoon half of refried beans mixture on top. Then spread 1 cup of Fritos on top. Spoon remaining beef mixture on top. Spoon remaining refried beans mixture on the very top. Cover with aluminum and bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and spread remaining cup of Fritos on top. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered.
Serve while hot.
