Ingredients

    Tenderflake Pie Crust
    4 eggs
    1 cup 1% Milk
    1 cup chopped spinach
    1/2 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    4 chopped slices of chicken bacon (60 cal for 2 slices)
    2 chopped turkey bites (50 cals/ each)
    60 g low fat saputo feta
    2 cloves of garlic
    Seasongings: (to taste)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Basil
    Thyme
    Rosmary
    Lemon Pepper
    Onion Powder

Tips

The meats I added have a lot of sodium added to them, if you are watching your sodium, do not add the meats...


Directions

1. Prepare Pie crust
2. Chop ingredients
3. Precook veggies add seasonings
4. Precook meat products
5. Put veggies and meat in piecrust
6. Mix milk and Eggs
7. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients in pie crust
8. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes
9. Cut in four slices and serve
