    2 Fresh Pollock Fillets
    1-2 tbsps of Butter
    Ground black pepper

Tips

This recipe is also DELICIOUS with Swai or flounder.


Directions

Melt butter in frying pan on medium-high heat.

Place fish in frying pan and coat the top with a thin layer of ground pepper. Leave 5-7 minutes, or the side touching the frying pan is beginning to brown. Flip, and repeat.
