    2 medium ripe tomatoes
    4 oz mozarella cheese
    2 oz black olives
    .25 Cup chopped spring onions
    Fresh Basil
    Oil and Vinegar salad dressing
    .5 tsp crushed garlic
    Salt and pepper to taste


Do not use garlic powder with this recipe, use either fresh garlic or remove it.
You can add half an avocado
The basil is a key ingredient so adding more than the stated amount will enhance the flavour.


- Mix the salad dressing with the Garlic and leave to stand for 30 mins
- Wash and chop the tomatoes and spring onions
- Cut the Mozarella cheese into cubes
- Wash and cut the fresh basil leaves
- Mix tomatoes, spring onions, olives and basil and add the salad dressing and seasoning
Serve cold
