Ingredients

4 c rolled oats
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c raw unsweetened coconut
1/2 c ground flax meal
1 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
Stir together in a bowl. Set aside.
1 c applesauce
3 c unsweetened almond milk
1 apple, shredded
Stir these ingredients together. Pour over dry ingredients and stir well.
Tips
Serve with cool, creamy almond milk for a satisfying and energizing breakfast!
Directions
Pour oatmeal into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 400* 20 minutes or until done.
