Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c. Whole Almonds (soaked for 24 hrs.)
    4 C. Spring Water

Tips

To strain the liquie out you can use a nut bag, a tea towel, a pillowcase, or anything that will strain the liquid from the pulp. Save your almond meal and use it instead of flour in your favorite recipes.


Directions

Add almonds and water to a blender and blend for about 45 seconds. Strain the fiber (almond meal) from the liquid. Makes about 4-5 cups of almond milk. Each serving is 1/2 cup.

    Incredible!
    Thanks for posting...I use the Bullet with as much water as it will hold.. then pour it into a jar with the rest of the water and shake it. I leave the pulp in (use for smoothies) - give it a shake before using. Will keep for about a week in fridge.
