    1/3c Ketchup
    1/3c Lemon juice
    1/3c Sugar
    1/4c Fish Sauce
    red pepper flakes to taste (2 tsp)

    2tbsp Peanut Oil
    1lb Chicken
    1pkg Rice Noodles (400g)
    6 Eggs
    3c Bean sprouts
    garlic to taste (5 cloves)
    green onions to garnish (5)


make sauce & set aside
cook chicken in peanut oil
add garlic & simmer then push everything to edge of pan
whisk eggs separately & add to middle of pan
add suace after eggs are cooked
add softened noodles
add bean sprouts & green onions at last minute
