Introduction

Ingredients

    One fresh avocado
    1/2 c frozen or fresh blackberries
    1/2 c whole milk yogurt

Tips

Add additional juice or milk if smoothie is too thick. Can substitute 1/2 c of ANY fruit. Mix it up, keep it fresh!


Directions

Cut avocado in half, remove pit. Scoop out fruit.
Use manual juicer (the old-fashioned, low-tech type) to squeeze juice from one orange.
Combine all ingredients in blender & mix until smooth.
