Ingredients

    1.25 lbs ground turkey
    1 can chopped green chilis (I use large)
    1 onion chopped
    2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
    2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 can of pinto, black beans (do not drain)
    2 cans of kidney beans
    1 package dry Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
    1 package dry taco seasoning
    2 t cumin
    1 package frozen white corn
    Water if needed

Directions

brown ground turkey, add onion, celery and garlic. Cook until onions are clear. Add remaining ingredients one at a time. Simmer for 1 hour..
