Ingredients

4-5 Yukon Gold Potatoes, about 1-1/4 pounds, peeled
1 10-Ounce package frozen peas
2 Tbsp Salted Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
1 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Dried Dill Weed
Tips
-Yukon Gold potatoes have the best flavor
-This dish is light on salt, so you may have to add extra for your personal tastes
Directions
Peel potatoes and cube them. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Cook peas until tender. Drain and set aside.
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add flour to butter, and mix into a paste. Stir in milk, then add remaining spices. Bring mixture to a boil. Mixture will thicken as it boils. Cook unti desired consistency. Add peas and potatoes. Mix and serve.
Makes 8 servings, one-half cup each.
