    1 cup of chopped Kale
    0.5 cup of chopped Cherry Tomatoes
    1/8 of a cup of chopped Red Onion
    1 tbsp of Olive Oil
    1 tbsp of Trader Joe's Crumbled Feta with Mediterranean herbs
    0.5 cup of Trader Joe's Organic Black Bean

Directions

1. Chop Kale, Red Onion, and Cherry tomatoes
2. Mix above vegetables with olive oil and black beans
3. Top with Feta!
