Ingredients

    6 Zucchini shredded
    1 Jar low fat marinara sauce
    1 cups shredded parmesan cheese
    12 Trader Joe Turkey Meatballs

Directions

Put the jar of marinara sauce in a medium size sauce pan and heat. Add meatballs to the sauce and simmer on the stove until hot about 20 minutes.

Shred the zucchini, place in microwave safe dish and cook for 2 minutes on high. Stir and cook for additional 5 minutes. Drain the zucchini of extra liquid.

Place cooked zucchini on plate, spoon sauce and 4 meatballs over the zucchini. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Makes 4 servings
