Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    *Flour, white, 4 cup(remove)
    Salt, 2 tsp(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp(remove)
    Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce(remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)

    plus another tbsp to olive oil

Directions

bloom the yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water ith 1/2 tsp of sugar.

Add the above to the rest of the ingredients and combine in mixer until dough pulls from the side.

Divide the dougn into 2 and knead in mixer for 15 minutes

Place dough in a bowl coating with the 1 tbsp of oil and cover with wrap. Let rise for at least 2 hours.
