    Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
    Wheat germ, crude, .25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    1 cup cooked fresh or canned mashed pumpkin or orange squash like butternut
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup


Mix ingredients and cook on griddle with cooking spray or a little vegetable oil. Serve with fresh fruit, honey or syrup.

Serving size: 6 silver dollar pancakes 2-3"
