Introduction

Adapted from Giada's recipe Adapted from Giada's recipe
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Ingredients
    1 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
    1/2 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
1 tbs of lemon juice (I added 2 because i like mine lemony)
    2 tbs white wine
    2 teaspoons capers

    1 pieces of aluminum foil

Directions

Brush top and bottom of salmon fillets with olive oil and season with old bay seasoning, and rosemary. Place seasoned salmon on a piece of foil large enough to fold over and seal. Top the each piece of salmon with 2 lemon slices, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of wine, and 1 teaspoon of capers. Wrap up salmon tightly in the foil packets.

Cook on stove top over medium high for 10 minutes.
Serve in the foil packets.
Giada does her on the grill.
You can do it in the oven too but it takes about half an hour and it almost boils the salmon from the steam. I don't like boiled salmon.

Serving Size: 1 foil packet with the filet is one serving
