    1 scoop chocolate whey protein (I used Jay Robb)
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 tbsp water
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1 slice light whole wheat bread (toasted, if preferred)
    stevia to taste (I used 1 packet)


Nuke the water for about 45 seconds in a cereal-sized bowl, then stir in the cocoa powder and whey. Add egg whites and sweetener and stir. Tear up bread piece and put in a nonstick-sprayed mug; pour egg mixture over top and stir to coat. Microwave for about 2 minutes, or until thoroughly set. Enjoy!
