Introduction

I was so sick of drinking mostly fruit based shakes that I decided to give this one a try. Substitute any green. I chose parsley for its content in iron and bok choy for the vitamin A. Bok choi seems to have a milder taste then kale. Also, I chose to use molassis instead of honey because of its high content of calcium and iron.
