Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes(Yukon Gold) boil with skin on and cubed
    1/2 cup toasted seame seeds (unhulled) dry roasted and ground
    1 small purple onion slivered
    1 cup frozen peas
    1/2 bunch fresh corriander (cilantro) chopped
    1/2 tsp tumeric
    1 green chili (serrano pepper) finely chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp fenugreek heated in 1 tsp oil
    2 fresh squeezed limes
    1 fresh squeezed lemon
    1/2 cup water

Tips

It's best to prepare a day or two before you want to eat it.


Directions

Combine all ingredients, add liquids last. Let stand for at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
