    This, what we used. You could choose to use much more fish. This, just what we had on hand:

    300 grams fresh or thawed cod (or haddock, halibut)
    1 small shallot
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 cup of whole grain bread crumbs
    3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup parsley
    salt to taste (we added just one or two shakes)
    2 tablespoons canola oil (or grapeseed oil)
