    1.25 lbs of 93% lean ground beef
    1 12oz container of sliced mushrooms
    1 red bell pepper chopped
    1 green bell pepper chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans delmonte no salt added diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic
    1 can of hunts no salt added diced tomatoes
    garlic powder
    red pepper flakes


Put tomatoes to the food processor to make sauce.

Cook Ground Beef.

Add 2 tbl of olive oil to skillet. Cook all veggies. add cooked ground beef. Cover and simmer to soften veggies. Pour sauce over. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is desired thickness.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes to taste.

serve over broccoli slaw (not included in nutritional values)
