Ingredients

    2 cups dry cottage cheese
    8 egg whites
    1 cup almond milk (or enough for correct consistency)
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp splenda
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp baking powder

    blend cottage cheese, egg whites, and milk until smooth. stir in dry ingredients just to combine. add mix-ins. cook by spoonful on hot griddle until brown on both sides.
