Introduction

simple aluminum foil roasting packets! simple aluminum foil roasting packets!

Ingredients

    1 package of chicken breast medallions (or 6 breasts sliced in half)

    3 zucchini

    4 red and green bell peppers

    1 c. pre-made salsa verde (i like to use Hy-Vee's brand)

    Pam

    Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Tips

add whatever veggies or salsa you want!


Directions

line a baking sheet with foil, leave extra for wrapping

spray with Pam

slice all ingredients and put on sheet
pour salsa verde over ingredients

Seal the mixture by wrapping it in foil

Roast for 1 hour in the oven at 400 degrees
