Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup rice
    4 cups water
    2 tsp salt

    4 eggs
    1-1/2 cups sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 cups whipping cream

    1 apple sliced very thin

Directions

Rinse rice well
Cook rice in water with salt in saucepan till all water is absorbed
Put rice in 9x13 baking dish
Combine remaining ingredients except apple
Pour over rice and stir gently using a fork
place slice apples on top
Bake @ 325 for 45 minutes
