Introduction

Here is a meatloaf recipe I just threw together and it happened to turn out amazing. My doctor put me on a diet of no more than 1500 calories, with a limit of 90 carbs. I can whip this together and come in at 1457 calories with only 52.5 carbs. There are a total of 54 grams of fat and 160 grams of protein. Make a batch in the morning, and because there ae 12 individual muffins I can tote them through out the day and eat when convenient Here is a meatloaf recipe I just threw together and it happened to turn out amazing. Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 24 oz
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving Garlic, 2 tsp *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving Salt, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large *Great Value Grated Parmesian Cheese, 4 tbsp

Directions

Bake it on 375 for 30 minutes.

Cook it for 23 minutes then take out of oven. With a papertowel wipe of excess grease. Squirt a dolop of reduced sugar ketchup onto each muffin, return to oven, and finish cooking for last 7 minutes.
