Ingredients

    6 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled.
    1/4 cup or more Orange Juice for moisting.
    1 egg
    1/4 lb butter melted
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    TOPPING:
    1/4 CUP PECANS
    2TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
    1 OZ. DARK RUM

May be made ahead and warmed later


Directions

Place the sweet potatoes, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg in the food processor, Mix until smooth, adding orange juice as necessary to moisten. sSpread intoa 9x13 " pan .
Sprinkle with. pecans then brown sugar and pour the rum over the top

Bake at 350 deg until hot.
