Ingredients

    Tomato Paste 6 oz
    1 Yellow Onion
    season all ( to taste)
    1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
    2 Cups White Jasmine long grain rice
    2 cups of mixed vegetables
    Habenero pepper or Cayenne to taste

Tips

I usually cover my pot with aluminum foil paper and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes


Directions

sautee onions in oil until transparent, add tomato paste, and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Add more spices if desired such as black pepper,

Add rice with about 1/4 cup water and turn heat to med-low and simmer for approx 20 min or until done.
