Introduction

This is my mixed berry smoothie that I make with Chia seeds. It can be made with any fruit or any juice combination. Just use UNsweetened juice and fruit. Let their natural sweetness show themselves. I've been making smoothies before they became so popular. Chia seeds add the fiber that a lot of people lack. This was really good! - 6/17/14
