Ingredients

you will need:
2 tbsp of psyllium husk
2 tbsp of flax seeds
2 tbsp chunky natural peanut butter
4 oz of fat free cream cheese
1 tsp of chocolate extract
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of shelled pistashio nuts
1 cup of Kashi GoLean Cereal
1 cup of Splenda FIber
1 cup of Whey Isolate Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of sugar free chocolate Torani syrup
1 whisk
1 large mixing bowl
nonstick aluminum foil
8 x 8 pan
Tips
only bake for 15 MINUTES!!! the bars will still be gooey but will harden in the fridge
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl first.
put cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and set to the side
after mixing all dry ingredients pour in all the wet ingredients.
put cream cheese and peanut butter mixture in microwave for 30 secs on high (helps to mix)
put mixture in bowl
spread mixture on an 8 x 8 pan with the pan lined with non stick aluminum.
cook for 15 min
place in fridge upon removal for 3 hours.
cut into 12 bars and enjoy!!!
