Delicious! Can be used on anything really…sandwich's, as a dip with veggies, over along side of chicken, etc. I must give credit to the Atkins website, that's where this recipe came from. Ingredients

    2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped or 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
    2 medium cucumbers peeled and coarsely chopped
    2 Hass avocados, coarsely chopped
    1/4 Cup red onion, chopped
    3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 Teaspoon lime zest
    1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin

Directions


In a medium bowl, gently toss tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, onion, juice, zest and cumin.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
