Ingredients

    1lb Chicken Breast
    8oz Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry
    1t Ginger
    1T Garlic
    1T Teriyaki Sauce
    1T A1 Garlic
    20 Wonton Wrappers
    2T Olive Oil

Directions

Bake chicken, 1T of olive oil, pepper mix, garlic, ginger, and A1 sauce in a foil packet in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Once the chicken is done run it all through a food processor with the teriyaki sauce. Bake Wonton wrappers at a diagonal on the side of a deep baking dish so they look like taco shells for 3 minutes. Stuff wonton wrappers with chicken and back until crunchy (about 5 minutes).

    Tonight I stuffed the wontons with chicken and peppers and the bourbon sauce from Paula Dean. Soooo Good.
