Ingredients

    Lentils, 100 grams
    Butternut Squash, 300 grams
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 200 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped

    2T oil for sauteeing
    salt and pepper to taste


Tips

it is also nice to add some tomatoes. sautee it with the onions before adding chicken if so desired.


Directions

sautee chicken breasts in caramelized onions, add squash, lentils, place water just enough to cover the ingredients and boil until squash is tender.

serve warm or room temperature.
