Ingredients

    2 tbsp. light done right italian dressing
    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    half cup potato cooked and cut up
    1 can of 98% f.f. cream of chicken soup
    4 oz 2% velveeta cheese cut up
    box of frozen pie crust

Directions

preheat oven 400 degrees. Heat dressing in large skillet. Add chicken, cook for 5 mins. Stir in vegetables, soup, and velveeta. Put 1 pie crust on the bottom of a pie pan. brown for a few min. then spoon in mixture. Place the other pie crust ontop. Brush with egg. Cut several slits in top of crust and bake for 30mins until brown. Let stand 5 mins. then serve.
