Introduction

Nice warm curry, great over pasta, rice, quinoa, buckwheat, or served up with sour dough bread. Nice warm curry, great over pasta, rice, quinoa, buckwheat, or served up with sour dough bread.

Ingredients

    Okra, 12 cup slices
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 12 plum tomato
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 4 clove
    *garam marsala, 9 tsp
    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 8 Tbspn

Directions

Chop tomatoes, put in heavy bottomed large pot on medium heat, roughly chop okra, add to the pot. Same with mushrooms and onion. Finely dice garlic, add to pot. Use sufficient water to just barely cover the veggies, turn it down to simmer, and walk away. Stir every so often.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 1 cup servings
