Ingredients

    Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, (1 cup)

    Curry powder, 3 tbsp

    beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

    Cornstarch, 1/4 cup

    Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices

    Lamb, domestic, leg, whole (shank and sirloin), separable lean only, trimmed to 1/4" fat, choice, cooked,, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (About 2-3 cups,cubed)

    Sweet potato, cooked, without salt, 1 cup (cubed)


Tips

Leftover used: Roasted lamb, cubed and baked sweet potato, boiled carrots

Note: excessive heat kills the flavor of curry, leaving only the spiciness.


Directions

Combine everything except curry powder, bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer. 5 mins before serving, add curry powder, heat until you can smell the curry or when curry takes on it yellowish/orange tint. Cooking times will vary from 15-30 mintues
