1 large Can Tuna packed in Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Flat leaf parsley
.25 cup green bell pepper chopped
.25 cup red bell pepper chopped
.25 cup celery diced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 apple chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Drain tuna and place in a bowl
chop apple and vegetables to desired consistency
Mix in vegetables with Tuna
In a separate bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and parsley
Pour Dressing over Tuna add salt and pepper to taste
