    Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp

    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup

    Truvia 2 packets

    Banana, fresh, 1/2 medium

    Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk, 1 cup

    Ice, 1.5 cup
