Ingredients

    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long
    Whey 100%, 1 serving (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 3 oz
    Orange Juice, .5 cup
    Kale, 1 cup

Tips

Mix it up however you like, use whatever fruit you have. You cannoat taste the Kale, just comes out in little green flecks.


Directions

Throw in a blender with a few ice cubes
