    1 teaspoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons garlic, slivered
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper -- flaked
    1/2 pound shrimp, peeled
    1/2 pound bay scallops
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons chicken broth, fat free
    1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh

In a large heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until it begins to brown. Remove the garlic with a slotted spoon and set aside.
