    Flour (both whole wheat and all purpose), beer, butter/margarine/spread, Johnny's seasoning (optional), baking powder


Only lactose free if margarine or spread is used. Serving size is approximate.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1. Sift together dry ingredients.
2. Add beer, stir until combined.
3. Grease bread pan and add dough.
4. Melt butter/margarine/spread and add seasoning.
5. Pour butter over dough.
6. Bake for about 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 slices
