Ingredients

    Beans, red kidney, 16 oz can
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 16 oz can
    Bush's Blackeye Peas, 16 oz can
    Lima Beans, 16 oz can
    Beans, white, 16 oz can
    1 Onions, raw, chopped
    1 Green, Red, Orange, or Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), chopped
    1/2 cup Olive Oil,
    1/2 cup Cider Vinegar,
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

You can substitute the beans to any other canned been without changing the nutritional info too much. I've used chile beans before and it adds a little bite. You can also use different colored peppers to change the look and color.


Directions

Chop onions & green peppers finely, drain and rinse the beans. Mix everything together.
