    2 t lemon juice
    1/2 C fat free evaporated milk
    1/2 C oil
    1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 C honey
    2 t vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 C brown sugar
    6 C whole wheat flour
    1 t salt
    1 t baking soda
    1 t cinnamon


My five year old insists on poking small holes in the dough before we bake it. He says it doesn't look like a graham cracker without the holes. :)


Mix together wet ingredients. In separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Combine and mix well. Divide into four equal parts. Roll out on greased and floured cookie sheet until 1/4 inch thick.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Cut into crackers while warm.
