    5 Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
    1 can of Pineapple rings quartered with juice
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    .75 cups Teriyaki sauce
    1 large red bell pepper large chunks
    1 large green bell pepper large chunk
    1 large onion sliced
    1 pound baby carrots


Serve over brown rice (not included in recipe)


put it all in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
