Ingredients

4 tbs unsalted Butter
1/2 c packed Brown sugar (I used 1/4 cup blonde coconut palm sugar & 1/4 cup whey low gold)
1/4 cup Agave Nectar (it called for honey, but I was out)
2 1/2 cups oats (or granola)
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tb ground flaxseed
2 tb whole flax seed
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (it called for chopped almonds or sunflower seeds, I chose sunflower seeds:D)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (my mom used sweetened carob chips, & I also used some dark chocolate chips)
2 tb chia seeds
Tips
The way I made it, it's sugar free except for the chocolate, so if you need no sugar, you can either leave the chocolate out, or substitute sugar free chocolate chips
Directions
1) In med. saucepan, combine brown sugar, agave nectar, & butter & bring to a boil over med/high heat, reduce to med/low heat & simmer until the sugar is disolved, then remove from heat.
2)Add all ingredients except chocolate chips, fold in until evenly coated
3) Transfer to 9x13 ungreased pan & press firmly until it's even.
4) Gently press chocolate chips on top
5)Place pan in fridge to set the mixture, til firm- approx. 15 min's.
6) cut into 2 1/4" x 3" bars
