Introduction

Serve these fried apples with breakfast or as a side dish. Serve these fried apples with breakfast or as a side dish.

Ingredients

    4 large apples, chopped or sliced
    2 T butter
    1/4 c brown sugar, packed
    1/4 t cinnamon

Directions

Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Saute 15-20 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Makes 4 cups
