Ingredients

    650 Grams Lean Ground Beef
    50 grams Green Bell Pepper
    50 grams Yellow Bell Pepper
    50 grams Red Bell Pepper
    50 grams Orange Bell Pepper
    100 grams White Onion
    200 grams Raw Carrots

    1 19 oz Tin Unico Red Kidney Beans
    1 28 oz Tin Diced Tomatoes
    1 6 oz Tin Tomato Paste

    2 Cups Water

    1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1.0 Tbsp Garlic Powder

    1/3 cup olive oil

Serve with Steamed Brown Rice


Directions

Dice peppers and onions.
Cut carrots into Coins
Put veggies into large dutch oven (5 quart) with olive oil and cook on medium heat until softened.
Add in Ground Beef and stir until all is well mixed.

Add in Red Kidney Beans, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Paste and Water, Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 45 minutes.
