Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 scoops vanilla protein isolate powder
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    3 Tablespoons PB2, prepared
    1 Tablespoons no sugar added peanut butter
    3 Tablespoons semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the milk, protein powder, vanilla and peanut butters. Blend well, until all lumps are gone and mixture is light and aerated.

2. Pour into ice cream maker and allow to run per the manufacturers instructions. About 5 minutes before the cycle is completed, mix in the chocolate chips.

3. Remove from ice cream maker and place into a large resealable plastic container. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to harden. Scoop & Serve!
