Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup of yellow Lentils
    1 large chopped onions
    100 g oats
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups of water(as needed)

Tips

serve with whole grain toast or fried bread and lemon juice


Directions

put olive oil with onions for two minutes
add lentils for other two minutes
add oats and put water
then in pressure cooker cook for an hour and a half
